Coming Home
Well, yesterday I packed up my room into my Jeep and somehow made it home in one piece. I had already made one trip home with a full car, so I had to get everything home this time. Those of you who live in the area know how awful the weather was yesterday. It was torrential rain for hours and hours and didn't let up once. I had to carry all my things outside under a towel to keep them from getting wet. Luckily, I have an amazing boyfriend to help me carry stuff. We both got absolutely soaked.
Brent coming in from the rain. He looks so sad:

My car completely packed up (view over the top of the driver's seat):

I couldn't see anything at all, so I'm not sure how I made it home but I did.
Right now I'm watching a marathon of "America's Next Top Model," one of my favorite shows, while my parents drive my grandparents to their Bermuda cruise! I had to drive my dad's car home from my grandparents' house this morning when I went to see them, and I set one of my favorite traps for him to get him back for all the times he runs my car out of gas early in the morning before I wake up. I left a Disney CD in his CD player with "Be Our Guest" on, I turned all the windshield wipers on the highest setting, and I moved the seat to where I like it. I'm a terrible daughter... but hey, it's not Father's Day. All right, I'm getting back to my show now, but I just guest-blogged for Jocelyn's blog (my sister) so feel free to check it out here: Rock Star Diary
