Well, I guess we all survived 6/6/06! It was actually a creepy day here in Greenwich. The entire day had that "quiet before the storm" feeling with dark skies and nobody outside. All the dogs kept barking around town too which was a little weird. Anyway, my mom got a call from one of her friends that afternoon saying that a police officer had told everyone to go home, lock their doors, and stay inside. We were all a little freaked out since we had no idea what was going on, but we still didn't follow the instruction.... My mom and I went over to my grandma's house where we saw police with bullet-proof vests and rifles walking the train tracks and through the bushes poking around looking for something. that totally looks like a baby alien getting ready to grow out of its "primordial ooze" phase. then again, im sure the ham pulls the whole picture together.
