Fire Box
So, for those of you who read my last entry, there was a picture of a red fire box on a wall. My dad read my blog entry while I was home this past weekend and was very excited to tell me that it was actually designed by my grandfather! Grandpa was a very important designer, he designed for Steuben and did a lot of other everyday things like the Junior Mints box! Anyway, here's Grandpa's fire box again:

While I'm talking about this past weekend, my dad and I went to l'escale on Friday night where we had a delicious dinner. They had a $110 appetizer! We didn't get it but I bet it was really good. Anyway, definitely try it if you're in Greenwich.
That's all for now, I have to write a paper on Jihad vs. McWorld by Benjamin R. Barber. If anyone knows anything about it, please comment!!

Anything about Jihad vs McWorld by Benjamin R. Barber will be useless to you in the real world. So just read the footnotes and B. S. your way throught the paper. Go shopping with all the extra time you saved. You only have 12 days left to shop for my b-day. Just sayin.
That is super cool about the firebox. I see boxes like that all over NY. Next time I will take pictures and submit them to see if they too are by Grandpa.
Ciao,
Jocelyn
