An Old Man Must Have Been Snoring
Last night I went out with all of my friends to NYC to celebrate my 21st birthday... but that's not what this post is about. I'm not really caught up because I've been super busy with birthday-related stuff these past few days. Also, a few of my friends brought their own cameras out last night so hopefully they'll send me pictures soon so that I can put everything up together!
Anyway, we had a huge thunderstorm a few days ago that gave Connecticut a tornado warning! Not a tornado watch, a warning because funnel clouds were actually spotted. Not by me, unfortunately.
I didn't really know how to properly photograph the thunderstorm without leaving the dryness of my house, so here are some terrible pictures.

This picture was taken at about 3pm and it's so dark out! Ignore the brightness of the flag because that's just the camera flash, and look in the background at how dark it was:

Whenever I go outside in a thunderstorm (which is pretty often, actually) our dog, Chloe, gets very upset. She doesn't like anyone to be out in a storm and she'll come running out after you, nip gently at your heels, and chase you back inside.
