Sick
So I was about to sit down at my computer and write my Big E Fair blog entry when my lack of motivation got the better of me. I'm catching a cold and my throat is KILLING ME not to mention the fact that I think I may have cracked one of my teeth (it kills EVERY TIME I touch it or drink anything hot/cold). Now here's my legal question for all you lawyerly types out there (I'm talking to you Legal Lane and David B. Fruit Esq.!) The way I hurt my tooth was that I was eating a pre-packaged single serving bowl of Special K and bit down on a pebble that had somehow made its way into my cereal. It hurt a lot at the time, but that was nothing compared to how badly it hurts every time I eat/drink now. I'm going to try to find a dentist nearby at school I guess and have it checked out. My legal question is, does Special K owe me dentistry bills? Not to mention the personal damages my possible oral disfigurement might incur. I guess that's a little far-fetched but I think it's worth a try!
Anyway, I'm sick and not in the mood to post, so someone send me your entry for The Blonde Excuse Challenge ASAP so you all have something to read!
To keep yourselves entertained until then, check out Ask Jocelyn's Mom Volume 2 on Rock Star Diary to see what Jocelyn's and my mom has to say about your personal questions. Don't forget to submit something for her to answer!

IT is a classic product liability case. You may have a case, but you need to keep very careful records and look into legal representation as soon as possible.

First, let me just say that you crack me up. I love it.
As for your "case" ... I am fairly confident that you will never see a dime from Kelloggs (the bastards) ... unless, of course, you kept the pebble that was in your ceral. Then, just maybe, we can get your denist bills paid for ... as well as my law school debt. =)
Hope you are feeling better. Tata for now.
