Couch Potato Cat
My mom recently bought shadow a DVD all of her own of birds, fish, mice, and other cats. It's supposed to keep cats occupied while their owners are away, and Shadow loves it. Shadow has always been a big fan of Animal Planet, so now that she has her very own video to watch she's very happy.
Here she is sitting in my lap watching her show:

Also, as mentioned earlier, it was Winston and George's birthday on February 1st! Brent and I got them their favorite Whole Foods vegetables and a special "salad bowl" as their birthday cake. Here they are eating it:

winston and george make the most ridiculous shapes. so does the cat, but i wouldn't call her shapes, so much as just being a bundle of feet.

Yeah they did, Brent hid him in his room for a half hour on one of my "picnic blankets." They're not allowed back for any visits though, Brent got in trouble for the couple of times they stayed overnight at school last semester =(
