Valentine's Day

As I mentioned earlier, Brent and I split Valentine's Day into two different dates, our Casablanca date and our dinner date, which was actually on Valentine's Day. This year, we tried a restaurant neither of us had been to before, Trumbull Kitchen. The food was delicious! It was sort of a fusion restaurant... but of everything. As an appetizer, we got eel sushi rolls (a first for both of us) and a plate of New Yorker rolls, which was grilled sirloin wrapped up in rice like regular sushi. It was one of the most amazing foods I've ever had. For dinner, Brent had pad thai and I had grilled salmon and we both really enjoyed our meals. Trumbull Kitchen is definitely worth checking out if you're ever in the area!

Here we are dressed up for dinner. You might recognize that as the beautiful Marc Jacobs dress Jocelyn got me for Christmas! I had to wear a sweater just because it was so cold, but I thought it still looked cute like that too!

I hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day!
